How much younger can you look if you eat pomegranates everyday?
I drink at least 3-5 cups of green tea per day and one pomegranates everyday, started exercising, my friend says I look younger now and I take avocado occasionally, does anyone have a picture of themselves before and after taking this good fruits??
Well, I don’t have time to put up pics, but my mother is around 45 and she looks thirty and she says it’s because she drinks at least three cups of green tea a day and sticks to a healthy and antioxidant-rich diet. It’s not going to entirely reverse a huge amount of damage and start making you look younger, but the nutrients in food give vitamins and certain compounds essential for the health of skin, hair, and nails, which can contribute to a youthful appearance. Dairy also helps your smile. Plus the antioxidants in foods such as pomegranates and green tea will help keep free radicals at bay, further prolonging your youthful appearance. Most fruits and vegetables have some of these things in some amount, but I would definitely recommend blueberries, acai, pomegranate, strawberries, and any colorful fruits really. The deeper the color, for the most part, the higher antioxidant activity. Also get lots of vegetables, and maybe invest in some dark chocolate with at least a 70% cacao content, because cacao is also antioxidant-rich. Flax seed and salmon will help as well.
Also exercise has been shown to provide a more youthful appearance. Try getting at least half an hour four days a week, because that’s when doctors began to notice a positive change.

Taking care of oneself often results in a more youthful and healthy appearance. Keep it up! I exercise regularly and eat decent (not super healthy) and people always tell me I look younger than my nearly 45 yrs.
